@vinnerzzz but I dont think he intentionally meant for the glass to break, and if you watch the video closely the man throws his arm in front of him to keep him from hitting the wall. I believe it to be his arm that broke the glass not his head. Also if the officer wanted him to go through the window purposely he would put a lot more force then he did.
