  • That certainly is a very strong string stop! It almost sounds a bit like a labial oboe.

  • There is an oboe rank you hear on the last four chords; forgot to mention that. You hear the strong Viola when I play on the Swell. I think there's a couple grandchildren sounds in there somewhere and a couple wrong pedal notes. My son did the video. I wasn't dressed to have this filmed; my son walked in unexpected and we filmed it.

  • I actually like the sound of this organ, and I'm not the biggest fan of Schantz organs. The piece is played very well too! What is your registration?

  • Thanks for your kind comment. The organ is a Kilgen II/8. On the Gt. I have Bordun 8", Principal 4", Flach Flote 2'. On the Sw. Viola 8", Flute 4'. Pd. Subbass 16', Principal 8'. The Viola is a keen string more like a light reed.
