@bcc1218 Well.... in my opinion I think it's just a "how long you've been playing type of thing". Like the longer you've played the stronger your legs are. And the more things you can do. But also for practicing you can try(I do this as well) to keep a double bass beat at 120 and work your way up for about 30 min. This will get you stronger faster and build up your speed :)
