  • When I went to college in 1972, my friends played "Europe 72."

    Being from the black side of side of town. I knew these guys were special. For 40 years, I never let go of the Dead. I had the priviledge of seeing them at Red Rocks numerous times. I saw them in Chicago with Sting. I love the Dead. I love "Ace" by Bob Weir. I saw Bobby and the Midnites in Denver. Thank you Bobby for all you do and have done. I see how you miss your number one Mate. We miss him too, but we got you! Stay on!

  • What a great song! Bobby's performance of this was the pivot that made 6/6/91 the best 1st set I'd ever experienced; the band picked it up for this song and kept it up all the way to the Might As Well ending. Thanks Bob!
