This was released way before the "With the lights out" Box set, I still have the "Outsesticide" CD's, where I 1st heard it. And its track listing is titled "Sappy".

That said, this song was always called Sappy indeed, I don't believe it to have ever been called Verse Chorus Verse.

There is one pressing of the album that does mention the track as "Verse Chorus Verse", but it is believed to be a counterfeit, made by people not associated with the band or their label. There are even pictures of the setlists the band had on the floor during their shows around the time the album was released that refer to the song as "Sappy".

heroin fucks you up. bottom line. He says "..in a jar." its a reference to catching an insect, grasshopper maybe. Keep it in a jar, feed it, grass, breathing holes. And as an insect, what if Mom cleans your room, you get out and find your way into a washer or dryer..."laundry room". Its a reference to being fucked on heroin, its like the worst feeling ever to come off of.
