well l3 is green glove and l2 is blue glove and L1 is red glove. so thats y L3 is easy.

There are more requirements to be able to attempt the L1 license other than just getting red glove.

Actually, L3 IS that easy. I mean come on: doing some "U" and "V" turns, throwing a water balloon, and doing Freeway in under 2:30 which is already easy to get with the Rookie Practice Kart.

It is L2 license that starts getting harder, and don't even get me started on L1 license.

No, its still easy. I think its same for Korean too.

Top speed for practice kart in Rookie server is 180. Top speed of the same kart in L3 is around 190-195. And trust me: that small little increase helps you A LOT in passing that license.

well, for popkart, if u dont have cash acc, u should just try and get the best kart they have right now...which is a marathon pro
