It really bothers me aswell but is something that happens on Nadines side too. This video is about Cheryl Nadine and the rest of the girls but if you go on Nadine's audition you see that both top comments are about her and Cheryl lowing her and about the dance thing they are known as performers (pop always requires that), this means they have to give a great show so they are known for singing and dancing because that's what completes performances.
