@TheGeorgeBerger I didn't really... when I started, I wasn't out to my family, so I was assigned a female roommate in the co-ed dorm. I emailed teachers letting them know I preferred male pronouns, and I just introduced myself as Miles. Early on there was a lot of pronoun mis-usage, but I just corrected people. Most schools have a student life department, and you can get in touch with someone and just ask what the policy is and see what other students have done.
I'm glad to see you still have some of the wilcox posters in your room. Congrats on the 2 months post-op!

How do you communicate with the school that you're trans before you have anything legally or medically changed?
