  • This all depends on what training cycle your in.

    Try 3-4 sets Super Setting the Ring Plank Tri Extensions for 6-9reps @ a slow tempo; tempo is the key to this exercise.

    then Super Set the Med ball CG push-ups AMRAP = as many reps as possible to shock the triceps and mid chest.

    Rest as needed per cycle / phase of training your in.
