I am a huge nascar fan, but I have always been a wrc rally fan. The amount of skill and concentration needed to pilot these courses at the times they post on them is amazing. Racing and driving skill in it's truest form.

I have mad respect for those who race rally because thay have the skill to drive those cars in those adverse conditions, and the balls just to climb into the car. I think I will stick with auto cross and road racing (the legal kind).

I will be the first to admit that I like Nascar, however, that type of racing is about top speed and endurance for the car and driver. Rally racing is racing in almost raw form. Taking a stock production vehicle, installing about 200k worth of engine, suspension, drive train, and least not forget safety equipment, and driving on roads in some cases no wider than 6 feet, up and down mountains, right up to ledges that lead to several hundred foot drops at speeds over 100 mph.

you're an idiot. The point of rally isn't to get the care sideways; that's a turning technique called Drifting which allows the driver to take a corner faster. The point of rally is to race at high speeds in more realistic conditions than in NASCAR. Dumbass.
