@bvclaber nope, the flooring doesn't hurt them actually it's better if you do the floorings like this it is more advisable for me because if you make wood shavings as flooring to this kind of pets you might end with a dirty cavy, i already tried it and its so expensive and high maintenance, maybe if youre taking care of hamster that kind of small mammals can be in wood shaving flooring

It could be costly, but isn't that something that a person should think about before deciding to take care of an animal at home? "Think"
