I mean, I was upset when a D&D session got cancelled so the DM could play in an I think it was League of Legends (if that's even a thing) tournament, but that had nothing to do with the video game, and everything to do with that he was cancelling something I liked; if it had been a date, or a soccer game, or anything else, I would have felt the same way.

Strange. I play RPG only two years, and I played only with two girls in the party. One with Skype, and she played it way before I started it. The other girl just started recently in the IRL party. I heard about a few more girls, but nothing more. Oh, and maybe there will be a third girl. But she hesitates. :D Well, maybe one of the reasons of this, that in Hungary classic RPG is not a popular one. I heard only there are less and less people still playing it.

It's a game and thus since the dial decided the arrow was going to hit, it will hit no matter what, even if it has to chase down it's target.

@Navran666 Some DM's don't, My DM for what he does is similar, if your not there for the session, Your character is put on "zombie mode" which in essence means he just follows the group, and if you miss the session your SOL for experience.
