I have a shitty framerate and my specs are about the same as yours. Same graphics card.

@cory18011801 maybe your graphics card is only 256mb if im not wrong he is using the 512mb version in this video
PS; if you have an asus motherboard like me you have the 256mb but if you have the ASRock than its a 512mb hope that helps, ben
