You're right, as long as Francisco does not chop block Harrison below the knees it is a legal, though still a dangerous block to make. Harrison didn't take too well to such a tactic, which most players dont, and he retaliated. But there where ZERO punches thrown, he had an open hand each time he pushed 'Cisco down (on the shoulders pads) or shoved him away (again on the shoulder pads, but on 'Cisco's chest). He was flagged on a refs judgement that he was simply too rough on an opponent.

I'm not defending either one because I couldn't care less, BUT...I've watched this (even in slow motion) and I did not see anyone get hit in the nuts. There is one point (at around 21 seconds) where it *looks* like Francisco hit him, but it is another (Cardinal) player's leg running behind Harrison, making it look like it was Fransico.

Harrison is a great player. He should have been ejected for throwing a punch. That is the rule. That said, it didn' make a difference in the game.
