  • Very good video

  • Adopt a cuddly global warmist and save them from extinction. The Planet is now cooling abruptly.

  • If it is natural occurrence, then we will eventually have a climate like that of the Carboniferous period. Tropical rainforests for miles on end.

  • We cannot reach antartica its coldest continent

    we will freeze

    we can't help :(

LET US HAVE A PLAN HELP THOSE ANIMALS OF ANTARTICA

  • Western Antarctica is melting due to weather changes. Not climate changes.

The Rossby waves have caused a flush of warmer ocean water into the Amundsen Sea area. This increased the melting of Western Antarctica. Also, the snout ice crystals on glaciers are about 1000x larger that compacted deep ice crystals. So this "snout" ice will melt more easily.

  • @wayne487msc Doesn't continuous, consistent weather change=climate change?

  • uknowispeaksense: Then why are we still warming? Your question is not specific enough. Do you mean global warming? It is my understanding that we are not still warming. Global temps are declining. Of course, NASA and others use data that is adjusted after it is received to show warming. Others, use a precise redundant ground calibrated platinum thermometer. That raw data needs no jiggering and can be used as is. Which would you hang your hat on?

  • Also, Antarctica is about twice the size of the continental United States. The melting part is about half the size of the state of Oregon. Wow, sham wow. That is of real concern. What a crock. Why don't these global climate panickers check back in 300,000 years. You would think we would be in an Ice age by then.

  • Another crock video. Antarctica has 20 million cubic Km of ice. It is melting at the rate of 63 cubic km of ice per year. That shows it will melt completely in 300,000 yrs. Yes, more moisture. When moisture is made, the cooling effect out weights the warming created by the moisture, Yes, that is a fact. It then condenses, creating more cooling. The net effect of the water cycle is cooling, not warming. So, CO2 can never offset the net cooling effect of more H20 vapor.

  • @wayne487msc then why are we still warming?

  • Hi all, just trying to spread the word about a new project that's being put together - a community website based around our planet. It's at earth-forums (dot) com, so maybe check it out if you get a chance! :)

  • MAN can cause the Antartic Ocean to warm? Prove it. I think you may find that the Sun was the culprit.

  • @david222444 Yes, the heat from the sun trapped by rising levels of co2 and methane in the atmospere.

  • @chuckbyf1 And my I ask what has caused the rising levels of co2 and methane? If you are going to say man PROVE IT.

  • @david222444 The burning of fossil fuels caused the rise in CO2 and the CO2 traps the heat from the sun.. How difficult is that to understand? Get your head out of the sand and wake up. Cut back on your fuel consumption, shut out your lights, and conserve. Methane levels are rising because the permafrost is thawing. And Methane is going to cause ten times more damage then the carbon levels. Either way, things are changing.

  • Comment removed

  • @david222444 Thanks for your wonderful comment. I'm not an idiot so I won't be doing that. And.. I won't be telling you to go kill yourself like you did me. I'm feeling the love now.

  • @chuckbyf1 Go hug a tree. How difficult is it for you to understand that nature is doing this. That big yellow thing in the sky. I will be doing nothing that you suggest. I will celebrate the great invention of electrical power.

  • @david222444 I'd rather hug a tree then a fucking power plant you dufuss.

  • @chuckbyf1 do you not like electricity? shocking.

  • @david222444 Haha, I love electricity. I'm an industrial-commercial electrician. But, I love clean air outdoors and trees. Hence the tree comment. Have you ever helped refit a coal-fired power plant. I have. I've crawled thru cable tray with 4inches of coal dust in it and came out black everyday for an entire summer. I've made at least a hundred thousand dollars working on power plants alone. I have an informed opinion on them, and what they have done to the environment.

  • We are screwed.. :(

  • WHY ARE AMERICANS (and others) SO F**KING STUPID?! all you ever do is pass the blame, claim that somebody is lieing or making up propaganda, or they are a terriorist, or everything is a conspiricy by the government! if global warming is so fake then why most scientists agree that it is happening and is caused by man?

  • @andygd8 the "concensus" stops at "man is probably influencing it." us being the primary cause is still debated and the impending "catastrophy" is all fringe scientists. the west antarctic ice sheet colapse can't be modeled by computers because they have to break the laws of physics to even hypothesize it occuring. all models indicate that global warming will thicken the antarctic ice sheet

  • continental drift happens extremly slowly, and would anyway have no effect on antartica as it is on a destructve plate boundary. the two plates are moving together and forming mountains, it is not the whole continent that is moving in a certain direction

  • i dont supose anyone ever thought that the reason for the ice melting isnt global warming but the antarctic continent moving north of its location(in any direction its warmer) and that theres nothin anyone can do about it. if you have no clue what thats about look up continental drift. also more carbon emissions means more reflected light and that means less heat which would mean MORE ice not less. if it did melt alls we gotta do is bottle all the extra water and store it

  • @EmissarioDiMorte76

no. continental drift is measured in milenia, not decades. however just as in greenland, what the greens do not mention is that as the edges retreat, the core recieves more snow fall thickening the ice. only the peninsula is at any risk of melting (100% melt adding less than 2 feet pretending the atmosphere does not absorb any of that) more heat means more snowfall means more ice.

  • @TAPriceCTR But the ice is still depleting and falling on other parts of the globe not recycling.

  • @ArcolaBridge

I never denied that. It happens during interglacial periods. And yes, it has detriments, like humans will need to build more reservoirs to normalize annual water supply. But if you can get the greens out of the way long enough to build these reservoirs, life flourishes. Tundra, 20% of earth, is too cold for reasonably high biomass and biodiversity (which are the measure of natures health). The most stable times in earth history are ice ages… still think stability is wonderful?

  • @TAPriceCTR I love the cold, I'm big into snowboarding and other winter sports + I prefer cold weather just based on comfort. I hate heat and my girl friend is from Tennessee so I get to hear the cold weather complaints...

  • @ArcolaBridge

I am a furnace. I dislike weather above 70. but my personal preference does not negate the net benefit to the environment and humanity.

  • wonder what all these earth lovers will say when they go to there homes and kick them off for there planet ?for agenda 21 ,bet they wont care then will they ! ITS ABOUT CONTROL THEY WANT POWER NO MATTER HOW THEY GET IT LOOK AT S510 HOW DOSE THAT HELP THE EARTH OR ANY ONE

  • @TAPriceCTR Sorry, dingdong. Ever heard of a strawman argument? You just made one.

Yes, Volcanic SO2 aerosols temporarily lower temps because of stratospheric reflection of sunlight. Mt Pinatubo lowered global temps 0.2C for 2-3 years.

But mankind is now producing 130X the average annual volcanic production of CO2.

Frozen methane caltrates are now rapidly releasing methane from melting arctic lakes and permafrost. That is undisputed. After we reach the tipping point it's too late!

    Duhh???

  • Yeh by the time we get done burning all facial fuels, there may not be any dry land left on earth.

  • @1:53 the sea lion is like "OH SHIT ITS THE HUMANS FUCKKKK!!!!! EVERYONE RETREAT!!!! RETREAT!!!!!

  • check it, noobs. antarctica is only a rest of the ica age...

  • The Antarctic ice has never been colder or thicker then it has in the past 10,000 years.

  • @DeutscheGesinnung

snowball earth... though back then antarctica was probably in a different location :)

  • This June the average sea ice extent in the Arctic was the lowest on record! It´s tracked since 1979 with a DRAMATIC DECLINE over the last 30 years. Thicker ice now only makes up 10%! That's down from 30% to 40% in the 1980s and 1990s. (!)

Thickness is important, it is the best indicator of the health of the ice cover. As the ice cover grows thinner, it grows more vulnerable to melting in summer.

    # In? fact, 2008 and? 2009 were second and third in terms of ice loss.

  • Human caused global warming is shrinking ice in West Antarctica, is human caused global warming also causing East Antarctica to gain ice?

  • @fudgedogbannana YES. increasing moister from a melting glacier will freeze in colder areas we've seen this happen in greenland.

  • @fudgedogbannana

NOT caused by humans - thats some bullshit lie made to scare people into trusting the governments word. With the accumulation of all the land and undersea valcanoes, this is as natural as the sun being hot. There are other factors aswell, but nothing with as much contribution as valcanoes.

  • @sntenced2burn then nasa and noaa should be fire and you should get a job with nasa and noaa since you so smart.

  • @ash4432

more like nasa should be fired for countless years of relentless lies and propaganda bullshit and cover ups. dont make me mention the moon now..

  • There is a 95% probability global temperatures will rise MORE than 3.5C (6.3F) by 2100.

    MIT News, May 19, 2009

Research, conducted by MIT and published in the American Meteorological Society's JOURNAL OF CLIMATE, predicts a median probability that worldwide surface temperatures will RISE 5.2 degrees Celsius (9.3F) by the year 2100.

New Study: Melting Arctic Ice almost gone in 10 years.

    /watch?v=MbyoD9CLn1k

  • @oomblikkies There have been three our four major releases of methane calthrates in Earth's history. That estimated "tripling" of GHG's is JUST from the methane in Arctic permafrost & lakes.

    Duhh???

Check out the Great Permian extinction. Temps spiked 10C (18F) and there was a major extinction event killing off 70-90% of all life, including the ocean life.

    Oops!!!

BTW, a doubling of CO2 will cause about a 5C rise and methane does NOT come from fermenting alcohol, dummy.

  • @goog2k

that theory has been proposed purely to support the global warming hysteria and had never been theorized before the green movement gained popularity. there is not a SINGLE record of volcanos raising temperatures, they call it "volcanic winter" for a reason. the alegation that volcanos raised temps enough to melt aqueous methane is more junk science. your beloved greens make so many predictions that are proven false. remember their predictions for 2006 hurricane season? I thought not.

  • As Martin Heimann writes in Science: Wetlands and permafrost soils, including the sub-sea permafrost under the Arctic Ocean, contain at least twice the amount of carbon that is currently in the atmosphere as carbon dioxide. Release of a sizable fraction of this carbon as carbon dioxide and/or methane would lead to warmer atmospheric temperatures, causing yet more methane to be released. It would thus create a positive feedback loop that amplifies global warming.

  • @goog2k You say " Release of a sizable fraction of this carbon as carbon dioxide and/or methane would lead to warmer atmospheric temperatures" - the question is by how much will the temp go up. Peer reviewed articles says a doubling of CO2 will result in a temp. increase of about 1 Centigrade - not much I'd say.

  • The video fails to mention that the ring of fire stretches into Antarctica and in particular west Antarctic. NASA has in fact released a thermal image of the area which clearly shows 3 submerged volcanoes in that area. So, melting of the ice cap in this warmer water is absolutely no surprise. Similar ice cap meltings does not occur in East Antarctica. To the alarmists: Another nice trice, but still no cigar. Oh, and melting of this ice will not increase sea levels in any significant way.

  • NEWS:

Methane Releases from Arctic Shelf May Be Much Larger and Faster Than Anticipated

    NSF - March 4, 2010.

Research results, published in the March 5 edition of the journal Science, show that the permafrost under the East Siberian Arctic Shelf, long thought to be an impermeable barrier sealing in methane, is perforated and is starting to leak large amounts of methane into the atmosphere. Release of even a fraction of the methane stored in the shelf could trigger abrupt climate warming.

  • @goog2k You are worried about methane release in the permafrost, but have you ever thought about the fermentation of sugar cane (and other products) into biofuel with the release of large amounts of CO2 and methane. The nett effect is that part of the CO2 which is converted via photosynthesis into sugars, is released back to the atmosphere as methane - a much more powerful greenhouse gas than CO2.

  • @oomblikkies An interesting question but it reveals a superficial understanding of the carbon dynamics.

The release of methane from calthrates and permafrost is the release of carbon into the atmosphere that has been stored for millions of years.

The burning of biofuels is just the release of the SAME carbon that had been in the atmosphere just a year before, so it's merely a recycling, not an addition of carbon that has been stored for millenia.

BTW, fermentation produces CO2, not methane.

  • @goog2k Yes, fermentation does produce methane - I know of many landfill areas that were covered with plastic and the gas reased by the fermentation of waste material is used for cooking purposes. I perfectly understand the concept of recycling in biofuels, but my point is that some CO2 is converted into methane which is a much more powerful greenhouse gas.

  • 2012!!!!

  • If you look at earth's history (which is so long that if earth's existence was compacted into 12 hours, humanoids would have only appear in the last 1/10 of a second) global warming is a natural occurrence. We just don't like it because we can't regulate it (which we try to do with just about everything, using clothes and heaters/coolers and reservoirs, etc.), but its something people should accept rather than deny. It's a normal step of natural selection, so let's see how humanity does. :)

  • no, look at any natural trend of the past and they do not match the correlation between recent climate change and the release of CO2 since the maturation of the industrial revolution. Basing the economy on sustainable energy and emissions isn't such a terrible idea but that's not where the $ is today.

  • the global warming is bullshit ppl says its too hot in here, its damn -30 degrees in finland how can u explain that?

  • Is that a joke?

  • the only real problem we might face is extinction due to ecology changes. But that to happen would take much-much more warming than we experience and even that would happen in 100 years. After all, warming itself is a good thing for life. Even 10C wouldn't kill life... if it doesn't happen too fast (and that's where the problem is)

  • if temperatures rose , it would take several thousand years for the entire antarctic to melt. Therefore, it would take order of hundred years to melt western antarctic. I pity those fools who think that humanity cant move its port cities couple of metres up the hills in hundreds of years... think this: south korea was a devastated agricultural ground akin to modern DRC. And what do we have now? In only 50 years!!!!111 this 'rising sea' problem is a complete bullshit

  • Not by Fire but by Ice

THE NEXT ICE AGE - NOW! goole this link

  • Global bullshit.

  • Come on...taking money from you will shurly save the planet! Get with the Al G program...

  • Exxon-Mobil contributed 7 fold to HAD/CRU as it did to Anti-AGW. Cause a shortage, less labor, less equipment, less risk insurance. =PROFIT. Fossil fuel Carbon Tax on heating your home. transportation of food. Everything now taken for granted will be highly taxed. Better get on board now. Go to school and learn how to 'Get Your Share'. Buy stock in Blood and Gore CCX, Chicago Stock Exchange. Your only chance for survival and escape from slavery. Join Al Now, before it's too late. Rest? goners.

  • Earth, your so on it. There are some real characters on this planet. haha

  • Billionaire corporations especially the 'Fossil-Fuel industry' is responsible behind this whole campaign - discrediting global warming science, so that the general public remains confused about the dangers of climate change. Whole teams of pranksters are put in place on websites to "reply" in every negative way to harm any consensus building towards combating greenhouse gasses. So called 'lawmakers' in Congress bow to criminal-polluters-billionairs only and not the welfare of general public.

  • Cant see that taxing my ass back into the stone age will improve my welfare......might put me on it tho. Doh!

  • watch?v=Cu_ok37HDuE

    this video is a fraud

  • OH...I totally agree, why are we being subjected to watching this heinous video from 1989? Better still, why the f&%$ is it a featured video?

  • doesn't ice displace more space than water , maybe ones need to re-work those charts

  • All the talk of melting in Antarctica is centralized in one location.... The peninsula. What about the other 97% of the continent which has seen stable or growing ice with a downward temperature trend?? Is that part of MMGW too??

  • The latest calculations show that the total amount of ice has decreased and the temperature has increased even though some areas have increased the ice and decreased the temperature. However, even if ice had increased and temperature decreased, it would still fit the models.

  • so that's how Gore can be on a different planet and still be on this planet.

  • In 2007, IPCC notes Global average sea level rose at an average rate of 1.8 [1.3 to 2.3] mm per year over 1961 to 2003

(IPCC) concluded that No significant acceleration in the rate of sea level rise during the 20th century has been detected

  • If this is true why is it the for the pst ten years the worlds oceans are colder than they have been in the 1990's?

  • This is due to the fact that more ice enters the ocean.

The more ice melts, the colder the ocean gets. A shelf has a very small surface. When it cracks to pieces the surface of the ice rises 1000fold, cooling the ocean faster (crushed ice vs. ice cubes, try it).

Btw, there is no "cold" and "warm". This are human conceptual terms. In physics there is only asymmetry. And a strong tendency towards balance.

  • Seeing as how I am a human I think it would be a good idea if I kept using "cold" and "warm".

One of the most important questions that have to be answered in science is "How Much". If you look at the amount of ice that is going into the ocean compared to the size of the ocean, I do not think melting ice has a big effect on the over all temp of the ocean.

  • The Antartica isnt made out of snow.. and its laying on a huge mountain!

  • lol. thats awesome

  • Antarctic ice has been increasing for over 30 years. That is a fact.

  • apollo1268:

The ice-plus is ice from the antarctic landmass. Its not shelf ice.

Shelf ice used to hold back the land-ice. Since it disappears, land ice runs down into the sea. Thats whats happening.

But what does this fact tell you? Global warming is often associated with more heat. But thats actually not true. Global warming could cause cold weather. Yes. I know its hard to understand, but global climate is quite complex. A planet is not an appartment.

  • WoIYou

How convenient. That's just an easy way to explain away the fact that global temps. have stabalized and actually dropped over the last 8 yrs. Also, shelf ice melt is seasonal. It has nothing to do with AGW, since it has been proven that CO2 has a negligible effect on climate. As you say, global climate is quite complex and one needs to rely on proxy data and proven scientific facts, not simplistic computer models that the IPCC depends on.

  • 10 buckets of snow = 1 bucket of water, so how are the sea levels supposed to rise??? oh and more heat = more evaporation = decreased sea levels... It's all about being able to charge a carbon tax!!!

@panedmoneous for every 1000 feet you go up in altitude temperature drops by 2 degrees celcius, warmer air would just mean the clouds form at higher altitides...

  • Lol are you serious? Ice is more dense than liquid water, but its not 10:1. Water runoff from land ice is what creates high sea levels. Turn off Alex Jones and Fox News and open a goddamn science book.

  • Try not to be such an idiot in public. I know it's hard, but try.

  • DEAD RIGHT! Just pay your carbon taxes and be safe! (and pay some more........)

  • The newly discovered Hudson Mountains Subglacial Volcano beneath the antarctic icesheet is the real cause. see article:: " A recent volcanic eruption beneath the west Antarctic ice sheet." by Hugh F.J. Corr and David G. Vaughan. Nature Geoscience 1, 122 - 125 (2008) It started 240 years ago according to these scientists, and now warms up some 23,000 km2 - exactly underneath the West Antarctic icesheet where the ice is melting.

  • Most climate scientists agree that the earth is warming and this is due to human influences. Science! Not bullshit from the Al Gores' or the Durkins' of this world. The interesting thing with Antarctica is that the temperatures are cooling in the east and melting fast in the west of the continent.

  • Stop this bullshit. The ice on Antartica is growing rapidly.

Those stupid scientist need this haox for fundings.

  • What they avoid saying is that with warmer sea temp, water will evaporate faster and with more moisture in the air it will cause more clouds. More clouds will reflect more heat from the sun thus creating more COOLING. They don't mention this because this important phenomena is not incorporated in the already flawed climatic models.

  • oomblikkies, your statement about "more clouds" is ridiculous since cloud formation depends on a thermal gradient capable of spawning condesation in the atmosphere. Greater total heat in the system would depress that likelihood, not increase it. What do you think the Carboniferous age was about?

  • This is absolute fear-mongering nonsense!

  • er the ice has been growing............

  • global warming has nothing to do with humans,we didnt create it, there is global warming going on in other planets, for instance glaciers in mars are melting too and obviously there is only a few scientists over there now doing experiments

  • We did cause it, and we still are.

As for the bullshit about gloal warming going on on other planets in the solar system, that's just retarded.

Mars is cooling due to planet-wide dust storms, and Pluto (who isn't a planet) is warming since it has recently finished the part of its orbit closest to the sun.

  • LTL, I have a friend who lives on Mars and he he says everything is fine.

That was for my global warming friends. Global warming is a lie.

  • global warming is a lie

  • This is probably why people gave me the nickname "Global warming", because they act like I don't exist.

  • You global warming nutbars sound just like the Y2K idiots. It is not warming out there, matter of fact it is getting colder.

No sun spots now for over 2 years and none expected for about another 30 years. It is going to get much colder before any warming takes place.

  • fuck u bitch ass hole

  • fuck you , you are a complete asshole. What the hell is the matter with you anyway, are you retarded?

  • Wisconsin is the new Kansas. Anyone who has lived through the last 30 winters in Kansas knows that it has warmed and is warming. Neighbors who moved to Wisconsin 30 years ago have told us the winters have warmed there to the point that they are like we had in Kansas when they left.

Global Warming deniers are afflicted with something beyond stubborness and oppositional behavior disorder - but there is not yet a formal diagnostic classification for their problem.

  • penguins rock

  • There is more ice in Antartica now than has ever been recorded before with satelite technology.

  • Comment removed

  • Sattelite technology has not been recording the amount of ice very long, so even if it were true that ice had increased (the results for east Antarctica are mixed) it would not mean anything until we get more measurements. West Antarctice ice is decreasing dramatically, total for Antarctica is decreasing.

  • I propose nasa to pack all those iceberg and dump them on the moon. Mebe its a good time to start planetary engineering on the moon.

  • Anything is better than an ice age.

  • oh, would you rather die than be really cold?

  • Oh wow 5 degrees in 50 yrs wow I am so scared!? phhff I am not drowning so bo

  • you never think of your grandchildren?

  • no and I dont care.

I only care really about my future family

    and thats it.

  • I'm afraid the future of your future family will not be that bright if we don't have a planet to live in! Each of one us need to do some to save our environment, or else we will be facing serious natural castastrophes that might cost our lives.

  • why are your videos unavailable?

  • The planet has been warming up and cooling down for millions of years, why should it stop now?? We are just seeing it warming up from the last ice age.

Even if the earth was getting colder Im sure our government would still use it as their excuse for more tax. This is the only action they ever take on anything....

  • I take this seriously. I don't think we can stop it, but we can slow it down.

  • If we have to torture ourselves in order to slow it down, wouldn't that kind of defeat the purpose? Some of the things proposed would send the world into depression. We'd just be agonizing in order to prolong the agony. If it comes to that, I'm running for president.

  • **I take this seriously. I don't think we can stop it, but we can slow it down.**

How do you propose we reverse Earth reaching it's closest orbit to the sun in 33,000 that has caused a 1/2 degree axis change, at the same time the Sun is reaching Solar Maximus (Coming relatively hotter)?

Problem with this Nasa Glaciologist is total meltdowns resu;lt in a "Tce Age" not a Waterworld" as currants from the warm tropics to the Poles is driven by the tempature differences to melt the ICe at the poles

  • that good ice age then we wont burn to hell we will freeze YAY this calls for a party

  • A DOD study examined the effect of a global warming induced stop to the Gulf Stream - and it would result in a loss of circulation of heat from the Equator to the Northern latitudes, and more extreme differences between temperatures in the North and at the equator. The temperate zone most comfortable and safe for humans would be much narrower, and possibly dry as desert. The total heat in the system (global warming) would still be higher.

  • The Ice Cap is NOT MELTING. The Ice Shelf has doubled almost TRIPLED in size. Hell don't believe me RESEARCH IT YOURSELF!!!!!! I use to believe it but I did the research myself. I have learned to STOP BELIEVING WHAT I HEAR ON TV! All the information you need is right at your finger tips. NOAA and NASA have confirmed this! If the ice cap has melted as much as they say oceans levels would be up almost a foot and it hasn't even risen by an 1/2 inch. FEAR:

    F--FALSE

    E--EVIDENCE

    A--APPEARING

    R--REAL

  • no flaming please.

  • Gosh. Video doesn't even get thru these flat-Earther. Video of the melting.

  • Google search

NBC Nightly News Joins Newsweek in Smearing Global Warming 'Deniers'

But as Marc Morano, of the minority staff of the Senate's Committee on Environment and Public Works, disclosed in a posting, "proponents of man-made global warming have been funded to the tune of $50 BILLION in the last decade or so," not even counting the impact of one-sided media reporting, "while skeptics have received a paltry $19 MILLION."

  • "NASA has now silently released corrected figures, and the changes are truly astounding. The warmest year on record is now 1934. 1998 (long trumpeted by the media as record-breaking) moves to second place. 1921 takes third. In fact, 5 of the 10 warmest years on record now all occur before World War II."

  • NASA is not objective, the video is way too positive, even the comments here sound as though they were funded by Exxon.

We lost 1 million suqare Km of sea ice in the north within 1 year. CNN said it was within 2 years.

The best proof that it's all caused by humans is Exxon's massive disinformation budget denounced by the British Royal Society and by many others.

Another is Bush censuring weather data now considered strategic.

Now the only thing the USA is doing is blaming China :)

  • **NASA is not objective**

More importantly they are full of Rocket Scientist, not Geologist,Meterologist,or planetologist

**even the comments here sound as though they were funded by Exxon**

Them and the rest of "Big Oil got the ban on them researching other Alternative Energies by World governments lifted off them by promoting the "peak oil/oil causes global warming " hype. • **The best proof that it's all caused by humans is Exxon's massive disinformation budget denounced by the British Royal Society and by many others.**

Yes, if I was the CEO of Exxon i'd want to make the Governemnt Regulated 10 cents a Gallon of oil instead of promoting Nuclear power witch Exxon owns 90% of Uranium mines & l of the production of Nuclear rods

Chevron is into Wind/eothermal, Shell Natural Gas/Wind/Solar, BP Solar/Wind,WM manafactured Natural Gas

    Oh no, $4.70 a Barrel they'd want

Chevron is into Wind and Geothermal and Exxon makes almost all of the Worlds Nuclear power plant rods.

Until recently they have been forced into being "Big Oil" by world governemtns

They used the Environuts and Al Gore Hyope and resulting Public Outcry to make World governments lift the ban of them researching all their Alternative Tech

The "Biofuel Initative" freed Oil as a free market Commodity and made it rise much to government displeasure

It also caused Global Economic Meltdown

  • Yep. Antarctica has been getting cooler and a lot larger than we've recorded before. The Global Warmists only focus on the peninsula, or the Wilkins Ice Shelf which made recent headlines (there is also underwater volcanic activity in that region) to prove their points. But the reality is Antarctica is going strong and it contradicts all of the Alarmists preachings.

  • It's part of earth's natural cycle... they said it, not me.

  • The polar regions receive most of the temperature effects of global warming.

  • Joke

  • Funny. The overall ice coverage in Antarctica is at record levels. How misleading is this video!

  • Antarctica is gaining ice in it's interior, because rising global temperatures have allowed a greater amount of moisture into the air, creating unusually heavy snowfalls in an area that, historically, had been very dry. The fringes of the Antarctic ice cap, that is, the areas that are close to sea level have experienced a net LOSS of polar ice, particularly on the western side of the continent.

  • How can I download this video ?

  • So its not "Antarctica" that is warming, just the Antarctic peninsula (about 2% of total area). The vast bulk is cooling.
