How soon are these available? And is it possible to pick custom colors on the pick guard? I need gold pearl with a hot rail in the bridge and 2 hot stacks for middle & neck. Doable? How? Where? And how much?

first time i watched this i thought he said a duckfuckerI burst out laughing , but liberators are one of those accessories we should have had decades ago, sure pickups are easily soldered if you know what you're doing but for the most part we just want to rock. No point in demoing them though, the pourage analogy I do like though. but everyone has a different guitar, everyone has a different amp, go out and try them in simular guitars but like Steve Vai said pickups = 20% of our sound.

@SixStringHarmonies In certain contexts he could have a vague point, Probably not in this case, but depending on your pedalboard or lack thereof, buying replacement pups is sometimes not necessary/worthwhile.

@tehsimo use 1 amp, and use 1 shitty guitar like a Squire or Epiphone Special-I and then add seymour duncans to it, or EMG's to it, or some original Gibson pickups, use the same EQ from amp everything the same, see how much your tone changes

@CKS5000 I should be buying a zoom hd video recorder soon. I have two duckbuckers in the neck and mid in my strat with a little 59 in the bridge. they are phenomenal. super quite with a single coil sound and a bit more output in the bridge. follow me and you will have a review soon

@MatKiller1197 yeah, thats their modular preamp. Emgs and all active pickups are just passives with a preamp, the deference here is that the preamp isnt in the pickup, its in the pot.

if it uses the blackout modular preamp and the coil pack, isnt the same as a blackout? isnt that the point of the two combined?
