My mom used to play this game when I was about 3 or 4 and I remember it clearer then she does...it scarred me. I was terrified of it. She lost it one day. It was the happiest day of my life.
That picture actually is one that shows a demon or something. It was to illustrate the old beliefs of the time, of why you experienced 'sleep paralysis'. They believed it was because a demon was sitting on your chest.
