ehh it's not the worst speech ive ever heard in my life. I don't think it's even that bad. He cried a lil but not that bad and it didnt absolutely ruin his speech. i thought it was decent. And most people do prepare for a speech they are giving to their entire class. You try winging it when they ask you to give a Valedvictorian speech.

Was this class president, valedictorian, or salutatorian? I wouldn't think someone of any of those titles could gives this bad of a speech. Val and Sal are both smart and have to be pretty decent speakers in order to pass English teachers and I'm pretty sure postivity is not a real word, and a class prez has charisma and he has none.
His speech was so depressing he made himself cry.
