Although I didn't know it at the time but our high school was 1 game away from the Illinois High School championship from facing Derrick Rose's High School team back in...2006 I believe. I watched how our High School dominated in the first round only to be destroyed by the team that would eventually be destroyed by Derrick Rose's team. Small world. Our School was all white and Asian kids too. I would have been an honor for his inner city school to destroy us white and Asian suburbanites!
