Burping is when you take the cap off your coolant tank, then turn on your engine. The bubbles you see in the coolant tank is the air being released from the system. Once it gets hot enough, the fans will come on and coolant will start flowing through the engine. Fill the coolant if it's low ... Sounds like the one I had will go away after several minutes.
Should this happen to anyone else ... the issue was air in the cooling system. I burped the system and added coolant as necessary, and the sound went away. =)
