No it's not trapcode form. It's Trapcode Particular wich he played around with together with a Colorama and Ramp effect on a circle. It's just a ripoff from a tutorial from some advanced AE site.

duh..... dude don't troll people, with the ammount of particles trapcode particular wates is imposible to create that with it, besides just by looking at the design u can tell is TRAPCODE FORM, not particular... form and particular are very alike up to certain point, but unlike trapcode particular, trapcode form doesn't have a birth or death time for the emission of particles.
