  • You can now buy these in the UK from Nitrotek at a very good price and we ship all over Europe.

  • Hi Andy, great work. Can U tell me if U ar using B400 shaft, it should be different size from stock K2 shaft, What about the 2 bearings that hold the shaft, use B400 or K2 bearings ? is it a direct drop into the K2 body, no mod ? Also any mod of the position of the 3 stock K2 servos ? Planning to clone one too. Thanks !

  • Hi Andy,..nice work..

Can u tell me how did u do the upgrade?

Cause the Copterx metal parts aren't supposed to be 100% compatible with the king right?

    Thanks

  • great flying keep up the good work

(take the training wheels off in the gym)

  • dude,i don't understand what the title means. what kind of upgrade did you do with your HBK2?

  • It's a cloned Trex 450 CNC head with Blade 400main shaft :-)

  • If you take a closer look you´ll see that the paddles are beneath the main rotor blade instead of above like the stock setup..

  • o yeah! i get it!

  • ya, I understand what you mean, and the training gear does save you some money from silly mistakes. :-)

  • Absolutely correct! I've had more than my fair share of crashes, and every one was due to plastic parts in the head breaking whilst in flight. That's why i went with the CopterX head upgrade ;-)

  • Dude, you're good enough, you can lose the training gear. It will fly even better.

  • Thanx Bud!

I'm keeping the training gear on for now as my next stage is to practise side & nose in

    ;-)
