none of the harry potter movies are bad but this movie really wasnt my favorite. it seemed much slower paced and it had a very opened beginning and ending. it picked up almost immidiatly after order of the pheonix and it will lead right into the deathly hallows. also the ending wuz very sad because of who dies(im not gonna spoil it for anybody who doesnt know but itz someone important) and voldemort doesnt make an appearance. but dont get me wrong, it wuz still a very good movie

well (spoiler) in the last book, he did technically die, but he came into a trainstation, that train station allowed him to decide whether he lived or die, and he met dumbledore, so in lamens terms, he was clinically dead, he just chose to come back to life.

Even if it's the original memory, by reliving it through the pensieve, you re-create the memory regardless. Although the new memory would be a bit different I suppose, since you'd be viewing it from 3rd person, with a different mentality.
