No. There are no fanned Sticks that I know of.
I've always wanted one of those Dingwall basses with the fanned frets.

There are several musicians named Brian Baggett. The most well-known is a guitarist from Lawrence, Kansas.
The tone definetly sounds bad, but I agree, it does sound like a recording issue, but the EQ on the stick could use some work. When you hit the notes too hard on that setting it sounds really abrasive. Bt again it could be the room.
Nice rendetion of this song though.

Thanks. I would appreciate any EQ setting suggestions.
And I admit, I have a very bad habit of playing with too much force, or very harshly. It's difficult for me to break this.
Nice work. I am not a fan of your tone settings, because they obscure the beauty of your arrangement.

Thanks. I'd like some help in the tone arena. I think my ear is getting better than years past, but could always use some advice.
Also, I'm playing in a small room w/ wood floors, wood walls, and no sound absorbing. So, maybe you're hearing the lousy room vs recording quality?
All suggestions are welcome.
Kick ass!

Very nice man! I might have to steal that one. It actually made me forget Fred Durst had anything to do with that song ;-)

Brian,
This reminds me of when I first learned this song - it was Pete's original demo version, with him singing all the vocals (released on "Scoop").
Well, thanks to you, now it's back in my bag of tunes!
Take care,
Paul
