I also noticed that he also sang 难舍难分 instead of the original 难分难舍. It could be due to artistic difference though, just as 高胜美 sang 选择 instead of 抉择. Nonetheless, the subtitle person has to be commended for transcribing it as he sang instead of copy-pasta the lyrics from a website.
