Like another games, just selected the game and run (without any special settings). I have the same problem with MvC2, when other people with powerfull computer then my can run this game at 60 fps ... I only get 15 fps. I don't know what the cause of the problem, sorry amigo.
Mb try to run this game in NAOMI mode (arcade). With emulator like: Demul, MakaronEX.

How did you get this to run full speed? Mine's horribly slow (even the audio)... yet I can run every other game (that's compatible) perfectly, including CvS2! =/
Specs:
i7 Q820, 8Gb RAM, 1.73-3.0Ghz, ATI 4670 1Gb (dedicated)
