Ahhh I miss Ghazni I hope you guys enjoyed the dwellings I built them ...the doublewide trailer with the two aircons...your welcome, good times in that shed....the back area I built it....the rooms I modified them...I miss Ghazni good times...and we are not just using American money overthere....Japan donated 20 million dollars just in 2005 and they have been donating every year so has Britain those are all dollars we need to spend wisely if you just give them to the locals=corruption
My question? is, why are american soldiers in afghanistan, hummmm let me use my critical analysis.Lets see,if the government of america is spending billions of
dollars for american troops to be there! then it has to be of great interest. No way they would throw away tax payer's money like that, those soldier's got to be guarding something of great value, drugggggs for pharmacuetical company's,could that be it, i hope not.
@ArielandKay well so much for your critical thinking skills. Afghanistan is Taliban Controlled, Taliban is the group that threatens to destroy America any way they can, bombs, Suicide bombers anything including taking over elementry schools and killing hundreds of children (they already did this to Russia at Beslan). SO our troops are taking the fight to Afghanistan to keep them there. Rather fight the enemy on thier own turf, then wait for them to come to ours. Your critical thinking skills???
@ArielandKay We invaded Afghanistan in response to the 9/11 attacks. Our main mission is to fight Al Qaeda, which is the group that plotted and carried out the attacks. The Taliban is a very large native force in Afghanistan trying to overthrow the government. We fight the Taliban because they harbor Al Qaeda cells and give them positions of power in the region if they succeed. The less power they have the less likely it is that they will come here.
@ArielandKay The U.S. has task forces in the DEA to combat narco terrorism. If we burned all of their marijuana and opium fields it would cripple their economy and this would enrage citizens and would make them more vulnerable to Taliban influence.
@dghasjkl peaceful actions happen a lot more than people think, The cycle of violence isn't going to stop unless the Taliban/Insurgents leave. Which wont happen.
America does FAR more peaceful/philanthropic things than military things. Stopping violence is more complicated than giving out grain or taking care of orphans, don't be niave.
