@AboveEmAllProduction This has not been my experience over the last 23 years. YOu have to look at their body language as well.

Mine have *always* been like that when they're excited or anticipate something fun; different dogs have different gesticulations. They'll whine more when they're upset and they won't be as physically active.

You can see them doing *exactly* this when they expect a walk/jog or when you've just gotten home.
