healthy skin tip: for a clarifying toner mix one part witch hazel with two parts rose water ( u can get em at a drugstore or pharmacy) to make a toner- the rose water helps clarify the skin n evening out skin tone, the witch hazel soothes and gets rid of skin irritations like pimples etc. and cleans residue of soap from ur skin. apply with a cotton ball
