They're actually Syu's characters, I got them from his site I'm guessing about two years ago.

I'm sort of wondering what is url of the site's character downloads? I type in Syu's mugen and Syu's quiz site(or something like that) appeared. If that is the right site I don't know where the characters are on there or if the site still exists.

Everything is in the stages that Mugen comes with, but to save you some time open up the "your stage".def and look for this in it:

oh, dude ur cool! thx im a bit of a scrub with mugen, hey i downloaded ur chars zaku, its ok im havin a hard time winning with him tho, he has alomst no combo ability. and his moves are slow, but he looks cool so i'll keep him!
