YOU TELL ME how your audience is gonna benefit listening to the crap you spewing at them. Would just like to point out that you were recommending to type while sat up. surely you need to point out that in order to not get a strain in the upper arm or carpel tunnel syndrome/repetetive strain injury to the wrist and fore-arm that the adjust their chair so their elbows are desk level and the rest their fore-arm on the desk.
