dude, im british and listen mainly to british post punk and i can tell you from experience and from some sort of authority that you get 5/5. I have heard many people cover this, and yes americans cant pull it of so well-just look at fall out boy, but you certainly have. Great job, just a little not too loud near the end, its solemn and half dead which i think u shud stick to.
