@atc1con dude same here like im 14 as well and i get a terrible pain if its acting up in my heel when i pull up like when i walk or run and its caused when i sprint
"an iontophoresis application, which is an electrical stimulator that delivers a real low dose of cortisone through your skin is very helpful for this condition; typically is not injected because that can cause a little bit of a problem."
I have problem with my right knee after i finished legs training in the gym i went home and took shower and relax then i felt my right knee become weak, and sounds knuckling, pls help me, do i need to stop al; kind of sport which i do it ? do u have any branches in Dubai ? thank you tony_barod@yahoo.com
Good video.I have had this June 2009 Very frustrating injury. It occurred on my left knee so it wouldnt heal due to driving.Tried acupuncture ultrasound, friction therapy, all the rehab exercises, had a MRI scan the works. But rest is the key Have only started exercising again a few weeks ago but only no impact exercises. Walking Cycling cross trainer can only do leg press as muscle building exercises.key thing was rest.once it settles down use heat pack to increase blood flow to ligament.
There's a different condition that is mentioned in this video at 1:26 (minute:seconds) but I couldn't catch the name. Could someone spell it out for me so I can google it up? I think I may be suffering from it.
tendonitis is inflammatory. my doctor told me i have it just days ago, he explained it as "swelling of the tendons" he might be wrong idk but thats just what i was told.
It is now evident that tendonitis is a defunct term: the condition is not inflammatory. Chronic tendon pain is now termed Tendinosis, which is a degenerative condition and not an inflammatory condition.
This does in fact alter the way we need to approach treating our diseased tendons. Check out tendinosis. org for a good place to start. There are a lot of rubbish treatments out there to get conned by, but there's hope. Disciplined rest is vital.
i just got that and its bothering me a lot !!!, i wanna get rid of it !
