if you really saw the movie, than you would easily realize that he is perfectly fine and in no life treating danger.

He never used his head much. I mean he followed the directions of a talking statue that gruesomely killed his current lover, before asking for more sacrifices.

Though His other 'head' is a completely different matter.

It is the one that he follows and thinks for him.
