Okay, all you critics. It's JAZZ. Learn some musical appreciation, I mean, jazz comes from the heart, and it's like a personal journey. Do you always take the right path in a journey? No, of course not! It adds to the appeal. And I have a faint feeling he's as freaking arrogant as most classical violinists are. Don't get me wrong, I love classical, but the personalities are awful. Sorry, but i agree with fuo, (partially) my older brother is actually in college (at a renowned music school) learning to be a violinist, and although this violinist is good, at this point he's not really in the rythym, and he's just making up fast stuff in the right key.

eh i can't listen to it right now because the sound on my compy is screwed for whatever reason. I remember hearing a lot of notes that seemed to be half-tones or less off. As for the tone... maybe it's the sound quality, but it doesn't sound like his tone is very ballsy on a lot of the notes he goes for.

Adam is the best non-famous violinist I've seen in youtube. His playing is good not for playing in high or low position, but because of his improvisational language. His solos are very coherent and we can see that he already has his own licks. Amazing solo!!
