I did this run a few times, sitting on the ramp to and from oecussi to dilli when I was part of the maintenance detachment keeping this aircraft and its sister A4 -275 in the air back in 2000.
Unfortunately I dont recognise the 2 heads on the ramp this time.
Nice country I'd like to go back and see how things have changed.
