@BoomerZero If by black spots you mean acne scars, then yes, I do. I'm currently trying to work on helping the scars fade-- by exfoliating my face and body more regularly and on my face I'm using brightening masks-- this advice was given to me by a licensed cosmetologist, so we will see how that pans out. I'm also searching for scar creams/treatments right now.

they use sls for foaming agent i use both sls and sls free soap and have not had any problems but many do get a soap without perfume and sls and it will help.

@graffist448 it's really not that surprising or funny that she does...it's a pretty common problem, especially for those of us with fairly long hair. however it is easily treatable.

@ChloeXlover Yeah, SLS is definitely something to look out for in health beauty items, esp ones made for our skin. I avoid using any products with SLS in it.

u shudnt exfoliate after you shave but before since when u shave ur pores are delicate and open and the harsh scrub can damage and possible cause irritation

@cherryblossom481 Hi the shampoo is by L'Oreal, part of their "Ever Pure: Sulfate-Free" line. You can find it at Wal-mart, Target, your local drug store, your local supermarket, etc.

that neutrogena stuff also contains sls :(

@tamara8627 The Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Salicylic body wash, I don't think it does. I re-read the label just now-- it's been helping with my acne a lot, I hardly break out now because of this product.

@Ex0tiCbutk0tic I live on the opposite coast of you, east coast. I saw my doctor and he took some dead skin from the affected area and sent it to a lab for a culture. Haven't heard from him or the lab. Meanwhile, he prescribed to me 2 creams, one's an anti-fungal and the other is hydrocortisone.

@DDintheCity No problem, I thought I'd share with you guys. And yeah, I didn't know it was in my shampoo/conditioner until I had a second revelation; the same ingredient causing break outs on my chin could be in my shampoo (because my hair touches my back and chest). Personally, my hair styling products don't have Sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate, but I'm unsure about others'.

@leiannx3 Yeah, I feel the same. It's mediocre. Probably not the best product, but definitely not bad. I still have few blemishes here and there so it's not eliminating them completely, but I don't have huge break outs anymore..which ..is good!

it will heal all your acne face & body acne, as it did mine. you will LOVE it, since you also appreciate organic stuff & eco-tools like i do:)

i guarantee, it's really effective..it's the only facial care i have used eversince.
