the road trip stops pretty quick. The meat of the movie starts when they get to Jeliza's Grandmother's old house. So just watch it again it's not a roadtrip movie

Can you believe the only award this film won was Terry Gillam won the obscure Fipresci Prize (whatever that is) as director. Jodelle was nominated for a Genie and a Saturn award and won neither. Jeff Bridges didn't get nomiated for anything, when he should have at least been nominated for the Oscar for his ability to pull this off. Jodelle should have won at least something.
