  • Ear cropping should be illegal everywhere!! Tail docking should be illegal only if you have your dog a pet. I have a doberman as a pet and we never croped his ears or docked his tail... what a cruel thing to do but I know for police dogs and such they do that because the bad guys can grap the tail and rip it off and herding dogs tails could be steped on which in those cases would be better to have them docked at a young age. Anyways GREAT TRAINING very nice, I'm trying to teach my dobe the same.

  • If "bad guys" can rip off the tail, they should be able to do it to other dogs as well.... And malinois and shepherds get to keep their tails....

  • great vid croping is also illegal in Australia I think they look great with tail long ears :))))) steve oz

  • I think if one wants a dog with long ears and tail you should have gotten a lab! A Doberman should look like a Doberman

  • Cropping is illegal in Sweden.

  • Well there you go. Thanks for the information

  • Dobermans dont care what they look like (just their owners). Lucky for the ones with tails- they get to use them to balance and communicate with. Its the other way around- If YOU wanted a dog with pricked ears and no tail you should have gotten a corgi...

  • Dear Kari, I never argue with a fool because before we could not tell who it was. :0)

  • Dear Kari, I've learned to never argue with a fool because before long we can't tell which one's the fool. And besides, "why do Dobermans care what their owners look like?"

  • very nice..

  • Very very nice! Awesome job training! Love to see his tail wagging! :)
