... i cant get divx on my computer, i must have downloaded it some 100 times (no exaggeration) at LEAST but it still doesnt work, same thing for xvid. I download them, and it is downloaded, but the addon for my computer is innactive, i checked and is says active but it doesnt work, i reported to xvid and divx like 5 times but its been like a month and they havnt responded... (those assholes)

@zezzima792 I don't know what you are doing, or what you are trying to do. I use utorrent, I have the codec pack CCCP Combined Community Codec Pack, it was available with a torrent, it prolly still is. It plays Xvid, Divxx, DVDrip and several others. It won't play Flac or RAR files. Most people recommend K-lite codec pack, it may be better, I've never tried it.

@zezzima792 try downloading vlc media player its free and it plays iso files so you dont have to burn them to a dvd or cd ,divx xvid mkv etc its a great free player

Okay there's a big problem with this. I've been trying to find a friggin' place to download FREE, absolutely FREE Divx movies recently and everytime I go to download, it directs you to this stupid website that wants you to pay a monthly fee for downloading Divx movies.

I'm so pissed! This issue had me going all over the place trying to find FREE Divx downloads.
