This recording( XI-XII 2003) is quite an event of coming up century. Thanks for posting ! But the sound Q-ty (there are some Furtwangler recordings 60+ y.o. sounds better) from Utube !?!?! I compared with SACD ! at least 78% is missing ! maestro HARNONCOURT deserved more , extremely  more . . attention . . . from intellectuals. Thank You: Nachtmarchen !

As far as your HD question, I noticed that when I uploaded a video which was recorded originally in a higher scaled resolution, such as 640x480 (instead of 320x240), U-Tube automatically makes the HD option available. But when i use the latter, it does not show HD option. Perhaps that is the answer to your question.

try adding "&fmt=18" at the end of the url in the adress-bar. it's surely still no SACD quality, but a good impovement though=)
