right-click, edit sample, in edison find detect pitch regions and figure out what you have to do to make your low-end samples to match the key of the song. please.

nice tutorial man, but i had some problems with that keyboard sample. When i edit(cut) the sound just like you, and then play it, it keeps playing the original sample. So it still plays the whole sample instead of the part i cut out of it.

@man1192803 you got to set your cuts in whatever u use. for example, in the fpc on the right hand side u see somethin like "cut by" then -- , set it both to 12 and it'll play a diff sample each key u hit without over lapping. theres tuts on it

most kits are free, but better HQ sounding kits do come at a price. you will find out that better quality samples make better beats!! also depending on your skill and talent.

and also to get rid of that click on the bass. run it through a Low Pass filter, which will filter out the high end stuff. because it sounds as if there is a hi hat over the top.

hmm its ok, but your sounds clip hard. you need to turn them way down and sort out your mixing a bit better.

also i dont recommend using sound kit's. especially that sort because they are often cut from mp3 tracks, so give a low quality. aswell as copyright infringement
