First of all, about the size of the chip, it is possible I guess, check some video's b/c there are even people saying the chip is already existing in the new Dollar and Euro billets. Smaller than the skin of our forehead. Second, of course the whole idea of having a chip into either your hand or your forehead is ridiculous, nevertheless people will demand it. Having a chip into your forehead works as the same principle as your hand, it doesnt matter where it is planted. It works with frequency.
