why couldn't you use luna instead of aureola to kill the dragon? it would be much easier that way to kill it since it negates resistance.

i went through this again on my gameboy. I did WAY better this time and all my lords were level 20 (barely, i dont like lyn). In other words, i kicked the dragons ass.

thats how i killed him

i used athos to do auerola , pent or renault (i forgot) to heal them with physics, nils to make athos move away and marcus to get nils out of the way and another charcter to drop nils

by the way, if you're looking for a REALLY easy way out, just have Athos wield Luna and a batch of Elixirs.

That'll suffice to take out both Nergal and the Fire Dragon.

why luna?

Because Luna ignores resistance.

Meaning Athos (who comes with a maxed cap of 30 Magic Strength) can do 30 damage x2 every turn.

Luna also grants a bonus 20% critical hit rate, making it the most useful magic weapon against the dragon.
