You need to find cameo items to enable cameo supports. You can get them from doing sidequests or looking around on the overworld. Kouli's guide at Abyssal Chronicles outlines how to find them all.

Actually, that's not true. Cup of Tea does only non-union voicework for Namco, something that could be rectified if Namco actually paid the money to get SAG backing. Of course, Namco gave the finger to their fans, went non-union again, and replaced practically the entire voice cast in the process.

Since it passed a few year after the first game(by the game story) he aged contrarely to Colette and the others who are from different race(elf, angel,half-elf and so)

No he didn't. In all likelyhood he wasn't even contacted to reprise his role in any game after Symphonia because he's been a SAG member since he was a kid.

Screen Actors Guild. They're higher paid than non-union actors, and get health pensions and other bonuses. Every actor replaced in DotNW was part of the guild. All of the post-Symphonia games have been non-union.

Go to Charlow (lake town where you use boats to get around) and in the second area there should be a scene where some kid bumps into Kohaku. You can find him on the right and race him. Clear his spir maze and race him for Lloyd's boots. I raced him earlier on in the game, so I'm not sure if that's necessary to get the cameo item.
