What this guy failed to mention is that Mario Kart 64 cheats like a bitch. You can be in first place by 100 miles, and your rival catches up to you like he's Nightcrawler. It makes you not care about what happens during the race until you're in the final seconds. For that, Mario Kart 64 is my least favorite of the Mario Kart series. Mario Kart: Super Circuit for the GBA was my favorite until they made Mario Kart Double Dash for the GameCube.
