Continental flight delayed four hours. We had to pick up our daughter before then. When I tried to tell the ticket agent this, she seemed annoyed that I interrupted her conversation with a friend and told me it wasn't her problem. I spoke to another Continental representative and was told the same thing. I guess you won't mind if my wife and I never fly your airline again.

@posada432 They sure as heck don't listen to consumer complaints. But Travelocity comped me two nights after screwing up my reservations. They ignored my complaints to their consumer line, but when I compained here, they listened.

Continental is my FAVORITE airline! I don't think they are the best airline out there but they get you where you need to go, on time & with great service! Also, I don't think they have the best BusinessFirst class but when they get there Flat Beds on InternationalBusinessFirst it is going to be nice!! :-)

i have to admit continental is the best american airline there is But i recently discovered that Lan airlines is a few steps ahead. Your own tv, very comfy seats i mean very comfy with pillows and blankets and eye covers and games, and delicious gourmet meals, all the wine you can drink its a phenomenol airline and all on coach imagine wat their business class is like. It was a flawless experience with there 767 fleet and service. I give them 5 stars. Love continental but lan is up there

continental used to be my number 1 until i tryed jetblue WOW THEIR SEATS ARE GREAT!!!!!!! but thats dont mean im going to stop flying with coair i love their food and their service but for now they r number 2 in my list since. i dont get my own personal tv like i do in jetblue airways!!!!. well at leas coair doesnt have personal tvs to my main destination which sucks cuz now i dont use coair to fly there.

actually, continental is installing directv on their 737 and 757 fleets with over 70 channels, the only drawback it that its gonna cost $6 in economy =(

is a membership for frequent flyers/continental credit card holders. if u have a continental credit card for every dollar u spent u get miles as rewards which at the end equals to free plane tickets :) oh yea and free yearly continental presidents club passes :)

The US based airlines really aren't very good these days. Ancient fleets and cheap and nasty service. They don't compare well at all with the major European / Asian airlines. All the major US airlines are only rated 3 stars by Skytrax, whereas all the major Asian and European airlines are 4 stars or more.

depends on the time you fly them... if you book on their website you'll see that on the right side... where it lists the equipment... seats... ontime percentage... and flight number... and around there it says... meal, and if it says none, than you wont' get any, snack is a small meal (sandwhich and chips, cereal, sometimes a small pizza) or somthing like that, if it says lunch/dinner/breakfast it'll be a hot meal
