  • why does everyone play the intro wrong it pisses me off

  • @theadalfi Are you gonna be ok?

  • Great playing! But...we can barely see your fingering along with your strumming, except for on the HIGHER NOTES!?

Never the less, YOU ARE VERY GOOD! :)

EVERYONE has something good to do with this great tune! :)

  • Good work!

  • Dude you rocked this song, loved it!

  • Dude screw practicing you rocked this song. i love it!

  • what tuning is this in

  • Great :). Btw what wood is the top of your guitar. It looks almost like Koa or some highly figured Maple, but I never seen that on acoustic.

  • My favorite Zeppelin song, my favorite cover ! Your guitar sounds great, & I really like the way you play.

  • best cover online. great song well played

  • Very nicely done!!!!!

  • i want your guitar >.<

  • you are vary bad!! fuk!

  • amazing!!

  • awe dude...good playing...too bad both hands are out of the frame!

  • Amazing

  • this is one of my favorite songs. i like your guitar.

  • Wow that is very good.

    It is spot on.

Your fingers move so smoothly on the frets, it looks like you are rubbing them.

    Very Good.

  • nice job! what make is that guitar btw? it has a real nice tone and the neck looks velvety! also that flaming maple, if that's what it is, looks awesome! keep it, that is NOT an easy song..

  • best cover ive seen, love it

  • wow thats the sickest acoustic nice cover

  • He needs someone to stomp. It's Bron Y Aur STOMP.

    Very good, btw....

  • Amazing

  • i wanna learn how to play this

  • its very difficult.

  • yeah i figured that out after i looked up the tabs is fucking ridiculas

  • This is by far the best cover video of this song I've seen yet. Most people can't even strum it right. I really want to learn this song...but for some reason I can't figure it out.

  • AMAZING DUDE !!!!

  • um... maybe because the song's in F? Listen to the song again.

  • because the studio version is in F and Jimmy has never played it that way since,,this song is played live since the BBC sessions in open G tuning , in G...that s why I said try again...

  • It sounds better in F sounds more distinctive

  • Might want to pick a tempo next time.

  • Very nice...

  • jimmy would be proud

  • wow...impressive!

  • pretty damn good

  • Nice job, man. That's a sweet looking guitar you've got. Is it Ibanez? I have an Ibanez that looks just like it. Great picking!

  • that was really good.....

  • Timing's a little bit off, but otherwise it's good. The only issue with the timing is it's inconsistent.

  • You are GREAT! I haven't heard this song for years!

  • nice dude 5 outta 5 this is probly tha best cover ive seen on youtube! keep up tha good work

  • PERFECT

  • how difficult is this song?

  • it aint no walk in the park ;)

  • tempo issues? otherwise nice job :D

  • So I need a lead guitarist.

  • Awesome Job man, Love the song. Although the tuning doesn't sound right you can obviously play it.

  • I believe the tuning jimmy used in the studio was CFCFAF, however I like to play it in EBEG#BE for 3 reasons. 1) In CFCFAF, unless you have high action on your fretboard, you're probably going to get some buzz. 2) It's easier to sing in open E, and 3) I know other songs in that tuning so I have less tuning to do on stage.

  • i think the actual tuning was DADF#AD (low to high) but he puts a capo on the third, in the recording

  • looks more fun to play than 'bron-yr-aur'. Sounds great.. but man, you should've backed up more so I could see the entire fretboard.

  • right on, perfecr, best cover ive seen on youtube of this song

  • would that happen to be an ibanez artwood series?

  • I use GFFFFFFFZZZSDERFYGHT tunings.

  • thats my favorite tuning.

  • your ok

  • i never thought the finger picking of this song could be covered so well!

i just start playing guitar so i might be sounding dumb haha

  • i just posted the coment beneath this one and that is open G tuning.

  • I own Led zeppelin complete which has the sheet music for Bron Yr Aur Stomp and it says that the tuning is DGDGBG so now the argument is settled.

  • I own Led Zeppelin Acoustic Classics and it says DADFAD.

So as long as it sounds right then I guess it is right.

  • nice

  • listen this is the tuning i play it in, its DGDGBG

  • i use CFCFAF

  • I use DADF#AD, DGDGBD, CFCFAF and Standard. I have heard other versions w/ different tunings, but it doesn't matter so long as you can play it.

  • nice try......

  • ok i guess.

  • Addition to my last comment, I looked it up on Wikipedia and it says that Page used an open tuning for this song, so the guy playing this is correct. Open F tuning.

  • I use CFCFAF

  • nice dude but proper is in F capo 3 fret

  • theres lots of different tunings you can do for this song. This ones the easiest to play and the most fun i think.

  • Its played in different tunings. The live version fron Earls cout 1975 wich is on the DVD is played in open G tuning along with going to california and thats they. In my opinion those are three of the best played acoustic songs by any rock band

  • Nice Job, man.

  • Slow it down and clean it up. Don't try to be a speed demon... It's more impressive when it sounds right instead of too fast.

  • it's alot MORE impressive if you play it fast and right sometimes though. some people just have a naturally fast tempo, so i'm sure he'll clean it up eventually by playing it too fast until he can play it right.

nice work hudson009 - take a look at my version, it might help you out a bit.

  • fantastic

  • i really want to learn this song but it seams hard is it?

  • at the beginning it lacked a bit speed.

  • we wanna see your hands

  • wow men this stuff sounds great^^

  • Sweet job man! If you could throw me the tab at Rolandgnslr-at-hotmail it'd make my day man!

  • very nice. whats the tuning?

  • open g.

but the opening harmonics didn't sound like open g.

  • it's definetly in open D (or E, more likely D)

  • it's tuned to F

  • your tuned to F -_-"

i meant the style of it. DADF#AD. you can transpose that where ever you want.

  • nice but next time move the camera back a lil...all we get to see is the neck of yer guitar lol

  • good job man

  • This is awesome! :)

    Lots of love,

    - Hayley

  • A little slow and off beat at the starting but w/e nice job

  • haha thanks, yeh the start was fair out of time, i need to practice more!

  • well really its a pedal from ZOOM..its called the zoom A2 pedal..a multiple FX unit 4 an acoustic guitar..but u need 2 have an electirc acoustic(plug your guitar in2 a amp) its a sweet pedal n great for getting that sick zeppelin tone

  • 2 questions my friend...wut kind of guitar are u using and are u puttin any FX in it like a acoustic mixer cuz i have this acoustic pedal 4 mine..

  • awesome job dude. this is a tough song.

  • Really nice. Good playing. A few little mistakes, but overall it was perfect. Might you know where I can find correct tabs?
