Thanks for this video. I've seen Fedor use this style of punch, but I was never sure what he was doing before. It almost looked like he was swinging wide but it landed so quick. Now I know what he was doing. Thanks again!

You are right, but with this one I send the elbow more forward for more power.

@PowerHouseKickboxing You are right about the elbow generating more power. My cousin showed me the overhand right and he told me 2 raise my elbow in the way you described and i felt that extra power straight away..So I agree with you 100%. I know everyone has there own techniques for this punch and they all work if done right. l like watching guys like Mighty Mo and butter bean use the overhand right they have a high knockout ratio.

Cross is a straight punch, this one is round kind of like cross/hook angled from up to down.

this is the overhand right your not looking at the same puch you have a straight cross a loopig right and a overhand right
