I just got back from a trip with EF Tours last month, and it was wonderful! We went to England, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, France and Spain. You really can't beat the price with everything it includes.
Those are mainly "stereotypes"... Yes, the public transportation is excellent in most of western europe, but most people use their cars. I know I do. And the average distance that one has to travel is not that tiny.
No, they don't. I'm from Brazil and I have driven in US quite a lot. It's all traffic lights. We have a lot of roundabouts in Brazil, so it was not that hard for me to get used to them. Only thing is that I had to get used to the fact that I need to enter roundabouts on the opposite side.. lol.
Recording your TV screen with a camera?? Very weak. This type of recording should be banned from YouTube.

Go to Boston, Massachusetts and the surrounding areas. Plenty of roundabouts (rotaries).
